This was my graduation project. Floes is a gripping animated short film that explores Dutch youth crime and the dangers faced by those drawn into it. Aimed at audiences aged 13–18, the film follows Jay, a teenage boy preparing to carry out his first “uithaal” — the illegal retrieval of drugs from shipping containers in a port. Through suspenseful storytelling, dynamic action sequences, and striking visuals, Floes delivers an important message in a way that resonates with young viewers.
